Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse Orange will play its ACC home opener on Wednesday as the Clemson Tigers come to the Carrier Dome.
Syracuse opened the ACC schedule on the road Saturday, grabbing a 72-62 win at Notre Dame. The Orange is now 10-4 on the season and 1-0 in the conference.
Clemson, meanwhile, is on the road for its second straight game to begin the ACC schedule. The Tigers suffered an 87-68 loss at Duke on Saturday. Like Syracuse, Clemson brings a 10-4 overall record into Wednesday’s game.
In the only meeting between the two teams last season, Syracuse held off Clemson for a 55-52 win at the Dome in the 2018 regular season finale. Tyus Battle and Oshae Brissett each scored 17 points in the Orange’s win.
The Syracuse-Clemson game is scheduled to tip-off at 8 p.m. on the Raycom Sports network.
