GENEVA — The Notre Dame hockey team got off to a slow start to the season but the Fighting Irish have picked it up of late and that continued Tuesday night at Geneva.
Five different players found the back of the net and Mitchell Pangrazio had another solid night in net as the Fighting Irish took care of the Panthers 5-2.
Seniors Bailey Carney and Hagen Triftshauser, as well as juniors Alex Totten, Max Hutchins and Jed Reese all lit the lamp once for Notre Dame, which won for the fourth game in a row to move to 5-2.
Pangrazio followed up his near shutout against Genesee last week with 23 saves on 25 shots on Tuesday night.
Notre Dame will next be in action on Thursday at Falleti Ice Arena against Webster Thomas.
