Syracuse’s opponent in the game will be making a much more controversial fashion standpoint, wearing pinstriped pants and jerseys that were mostly roasted on Twitter when showcased earlier this year.
The matchup will take place in Yankee Stadium at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. The game, considered a Notre Dame home game, is part of the Shamrock Series, in which the Fighting Irish take their show on the road to appeal to their national fanbase. The game’s location prompted Under Armour to provide a pinstriped uniform for the occasion.

The game will be one of the Orange’s most anticipated contests in years. Notre Dame is ranked No. 3, while the Orange is ranked No. 12, the school’s highest national ranking since 1998.
