A ton of former Notre Dame Fighting Irish football players were in action this past weekend, as week four of the 2018 National Football League regular season took place. Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller once again found the end zone, Minnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph continues his climb up the franchise’s all-time receptions list, San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Sheldon Day was making some plays, Indianapolis Colts offensive guard Quenton Nelson had his first “welcome to the NFL” moment, Minnesota Vikings safety Harrison Smith was basically non-existent during his game, Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert scored, but was then injured and will miss the remainder of the 2018 season, and Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate went off.
All that and much more on these former Notre Dame Fighting Irish football players courtesy of Irish Illustrated and 247Sports.
