Notre Dame beat Clemson, Ohio State and Stanford for a priority recruit earlier this year and on Tuesday, multiple members of the Fighting Irish coaching staff will be going in-home with the Top150 commit.
Cincinnati (Ohio) Anderson four-star offensive guard Zeke Correll, who committed to Notre Dame back on June 18, will spend Tuesday evening hanging out with head coach Brian Kelly, offensive line coach Jeff Quinn and defensive line coach Mike Elston. This trio, along with special teams coordinator Brian Polian, were extremely impactful in landing the 6-4, 285-pounder during the summer months. For Notre Dame, pulling top offensive linemen from the Buckeye State has become somewhat of a regularly, as the staff did exactly that during that recruitment of Tommy Kraemer and Liam Eichenberg.
Tonight will go a long way in finalizing the recruiting process for Correll, who will put pen to paper and sign early with Notre Dame during the early signing period which runs from Dec. 19-21. He will then head to South Bend for good in January and arrive as an early enrollee.
Per the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Correll is listed as the No. 118 overall player nationally, No. 7 offensive guard in the country and No. 3 prospect in Ohio from the class of 2019.
